AMY is a mascot-driven digital program designed to support early childhood mental wellness and empowerment for young girls. Through age-appropriate storytelling, emotional education, and affirming experiences, Amy helps girls develop the language, confidence, and inner safety they need during their formative years.
Created for early childhood and elementary-aged girls, Amy meets children at a critical stage, before emotions go unspoken and before identity is shaped by fear, silence, or shame. Many girls experience big feelings long before they have the tools to understand or express them. Without early support, these emotions can quietly become internalized struggles.
Amy provides a nurturing, relatable guide who helps girls:

• build confidence and self-awareness,
  
• and develop a strong, healthy sense of identity.
  

By introducing emotional language and empowerment early, Amy helps girls experience mental freedom and self-confidence before trauma defines them, laying a foundation for resilience, voice, and lifelong well-being.
